The rules and obligations governing your use of the XPOS application and services.
These terms and conditions apply to the XPOS app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by PowerX Global (the "Service Provider") as a freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you before they take effect.
The Application stores and processes personal data you provide in order to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this may compromise your device's security features and result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted mobile data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming charges if used outside your home territory. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties for certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss that you experience as a result of relying on the Application's functionality. It is also your responsibility to ensure your device remains sufficiently charged to use the Application.
The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will end and you must cease using and delete the Application from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
