This privacy policy applies to the XPOS app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by PowerX Global (the "Service Provider"). This service is provided as a freemium service "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
Pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent
The operating system used on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise location information from your device.

Camera Permission

The Application requests camera access exclusively for barcode scanning to identify products during point-of-sale transactions. No photos or video are stored, uploaded, or transmitted from your device.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Application uses the following third-party services, each with their own Privacy Policy:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application through the standard uninstall processes on your device or via the app marketplace.

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of your data, contact us at info.powerxglobal@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

The Application is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately so the necessary actions can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
